Holiday season is on and it definitely means that gift and wrapping season is coming as well !

For our new window display design at Deense Kroon, our inspiration came from the wrapping ritual that goes along with the Christmas period. In a very simple and essential installation, the mannequins are wrapping themselves in paper rolls, getting ready for the gift season !

Are the key words of this playful display.
The minimal color scheme of the display gives freedom to the shop to arrange new clothing styles and combinations along the season.

Winter set at Deense Kroon

Remember stepping into your Grand dad’s reading corner and feeling transported into his own galaxy? This was our main inspiration for the winter interior set we designed for the scandinavian shop Deense Kroon.

Morning frost, a Christmas table setting

You wake up from Christmas Eve and it’s just time for another cozy gathering around the breakfast table with your family. A soft frozen layer has covered the landscape and you are all planing to go for a frosty morning walk to digest last night’s delicacies. But first, its time to enjoy a convivial moment around the table, home sweet home!

Window Display for Deense Kroon

Windows come in all shapes and sizes, and it is a big reason why shops choose specific sites, big windows give good opportunities to showcase their contents to the outside.

The big question: what to do to make people come inside….

The focus was made on the products and their colours for the autumn / winter season, creating frames and “stages” that become backdrops of strong contrast that strengthen their aesthetics.

Red, Blue, Green and a bit of Yellow, play between them to generate a flexible scene that is appropriated for a large number of items of the season. (meaning they can change the products around and it will still look like it was designed to be.)

Paint, filler, MDF and a bit of creativity made this all come together.
We are happy with the result and looking forward for the next window @ Deense Kroon!
