MUUTO 2018

AUTUMN/WINTER

The Outline Highback Sofa

Combines the soft, deep seat and clean refined lines of Outline with a new high-back element, allowing for the design to create private spheres within bigger spaces and provide shelter for conversation and collaboration, great for public and corporate spaces.

BEAM LAMP

by Tom Chung

A versatile table lamp with a modern expression and intuitive user-friendliness. With light shone from both ends of a cylinder shape, the user can choose between three different volumes of light and gradually alter the volume of light omitted in each end through the turn of a playful dial. The Beam Lamp can be altered for any position with its rotating base and sleek body of anodised aluminium.

Pebble rug by Margrethe Odgaard

The new rug has a diverse and tactile surface, inspired by the sensuous feeling of walking across a pebbled beach. With a handwoven structure, Pebble rug contrasts the materials of its soft, woolen loops with its sturdy canvas base in a cooling jute yarn.

Pebble Rug is made from 60% wool and 40% jute fibers, both natural materials that are easy to clean and preserve. The rug comes with a canvas backing pasted with synthetic latex which ensures that the rug lays smoothly on the floor.

Under the bell lamp. Now available in a smaller 55 cm Ø and new White Melange colour.
The popular Under the Bell Lamp was always difficult to place when people realised its size, for public spaces it was well fit but when taking it inside a home it became out of proportion unless you had a super high ceiling. This ha now all changed with the new, we are calling it "mini under the bell" same 100% recycled plastic "felt" same aesthetic appeal, smaller scale. Plus, they added a new White Melange colour, so now it is available in 6 versions: black, light grey & white melange in both Ø 88 cm and  Ø55 cm.

Expanding the fiber family

With extensive comfort and a lightly hovering appearance, the Fiber Lounge Chair invites the user in for a relaxed and comfortable seat.

The popular Fiber chair, designed by well known, Copenhagen-based Iskos-Berlin, has gotten revamped and transformed into a discrete, super comfortable lounge chair that you can get in different versions starting at €849. Easy to place, it provides a great lounge solution without taking too much space, like many lounge chairs end up doing.

New colours on some of our favourite products

Apart from the new products, some already well-known Muuto favourites are now available in new colours, like the Ply Rug is now available in 2 new colours: Midnight Blue & Burnt Orange. The famous Ambit lamp comes now also in a discrete Taupe colour; and the super popular-extra functional Dots come now in a beautiful natural Walnut wood.
